When you request a quote or book a cleaning we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, phone number, email address, service address and city, the type of cleaning requested, home details used to calculate the price (bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, pets, condition), your preferred date and any message you add.

We do not collect payment card details on this website, and we do not ask for social security numbers or any other sensitive identifiers.

How we use it

To prepare your quote and confirm your appointment.
To contact you by phone, text or email about that booking.
To dispatch the right crew and supplies to your address.
To keep records of completed work and follow up on our re-clean guarantee.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in a secured cloud database used only by our team. Access is limited to the owner and authorized staff, and booking records are kept confidential.

Retention & deletion

We keep booking records for as long as needed to service your account and meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing euvip1122@gmail.com; we will confirm once it is done.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of SMS updates about your booking.

Cookies
