Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms apply to cleaning services provided by Ebtedge Cleaner Pro, operated by Rolf Lawrence Brown & Rehan Rohullah, 27222 Fulshear Bend Dr, Apt 1245, Fulshear, TX 77441. Booking a cleaning with us means you accept them.

2. Quotes and pricing

Online estimates are calculated from the details you provide (service type, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage, condition, pets, extras and city). The estimate is confirmed by phone before the visit. If the home differs materially from what was described, we will contact you with a revised price before starting. A minimum charge of $149 (adjusted for local market rates) applies to any visit.

3. Scheduling and access

You are responsible for providing access at the scheduled time — keys, a code, a doorman or someone present. If our crew cannot access the home within 30 minutes of the appointment window, a lockout fee of 50% of the quoted price may apply.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

• More than 24 hours before the visit: free cancellation or reschedule.
• Less than 24 hours before: a fee of up to 50% of the quoted price may apply.
• Recurring plans can be paused or cancelled at any time with 24 hours’ notice; the recurring discount applies only while the schedule is maintained.

5. Our guarantee

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of the visit and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no charge. The guarantee covers work included in the booked service; it does not extend the scope to items not booked.

6. What we don’t do

For safety and insurance reasons our crews do not climb above two-step ladders, move furniture heavier than 35 lbs, handle biohazards, pest infestations, mold remediation, or clean the exterior of upper-floor windows.

7. Damage and liability

We are insured. Report any damage within 48 hours of the visit so we can inspect and resolve it. Please secure irreplaceable, fragile or high-value items before the visit. Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the visit unless other terms have been agreed in writing. Recurring clients are invoiced per visit.
